The Club’s executive team had ambitious plans to grow its already substantial membership base and recognised the need to broaden its appeal to new audiences.
As part of this strategic shift, the organisation renamed itself from The Caravan Club to The Caravan and Motorhome Club, a move designed to reflect a wider market and evolving member needs.
The leadership team engaged us to help bring this new direction to life with a coherent, compelling identity that could resonate across an increasingly diverse mix of stakeholders.

We developed a cohesive visual identity system capable of unifying the many facets of the organisation while giving the new strategy the relevance and gravitas it required.
With this foundation in place, we continued to support the Club in articulating its overarching proposition and engaging a broader audience.
Working closely with the leadership team, we delivered highly targeted marketing campaigns and defined new B2B and B2C propositions that strengthened the Club’s market presence.
Our ongoing partnership has been focused on enabling sustainable growth, strengthening internal clarity, improving external engagement, and helping the Club expand its reach across core and emerging audiences.

The combination of the brand platform and newly defined sub-brand propositions significantly extended the Club’s reach, attracting more than 50,000 new members in the first year alone.
In parallel, stronger commercial propositions enabled the organisation to establish new partnerships and unlock entirely new revenue streams.
This work has played a pivotal role in supporting the Club’s long-term growth strategy, expanding its influence in the market and strengthening its position as the leading membership organisation for leisure vehicle owners.
