Re-Architecting a Global Growth Narrative Following Rapid Acquisition
Founded in 2008 at the forefront of social advertising, AdParlor quickly became one of Meta’s first preferred agency partners. Over the years, the business worked with some of the most widely recognised enterprise brands, helping them scale performance-driven campaigns across digital platforms.

Global CEO
-
Having followed our work during his leadership tenure at Google and Coca-Cola, the Global CEO of AdParlor approached us directly to support the company’s next phase of international growth.
We were selected ahead of several established U.S. consultancies and invited to work on-site with the leadership team in Kansas over an intensive multi-day strategy session. The depth of engagement, and the subsequent invitation to the company’s launch event at the Empire State Building, reflected a relationship grounded in openness, intellectual partnership, and shared ambition.
At the time, AdParlor had grown rapidly through acquisition. While this had expanded capability and market reach, it had also created structural complexity. The product portfolio had become increasingly difficult for customers to navigate, and the organisation lacked a coherent strategic architecture to unify its expanding offer.
Leadership recognised that without structural clarity, global scale would remain constrained.
-
The business was not lacking capability.
It was lacking cohesion.
Successive acquisitions had created a portfolio of high-performing but loosely connected products and services.
This fragmentation created several structural challenges:
• Customers struggled to understand how the different components worked together
• Cross-selling potential remained under-activated
• Market positioning lacked a single, defensible narrative
• Growth ambition outpaced the clarity of the underlying architectureThe issue was not operational execution.
It was the absence of an integrated strategic logic capable of supporting global expansion.
-
We were not engaged to refine marketing collateral.
We were engaged to create structural coherence.
Our work began with the design of a comprehensive brand and product architecture, bringing clarity to how each acquired business related to the whole. This created a unifying strategic backbone across the group and unlocked stronger cross-portfolio synergies.
We then worked directly with the executive team to refine both the corporate proposition and the individual product propositions, ensuring each sat clearly within the wider architecture while contributing to a compelling, unified narrative.
Central to this reset was the development of a robust message architecture.
In a market where digital performance and social investment can often feel intangible, we articulated a clear strategic logic for how AdParlor generated measurable, accountable returns for clients. We reframed the organisation’s role from tactical media execution to a strategic growth partner capable of delivering structured, scalable commercial outcomes.
This repositioning provided the business with a category narrative it could own, rather than compete within.
-
The intervention delivered clarity at leadership level and precision in market articulation.
• The executive team gained renewed alignment around a unified growth narrative
• Customers could understand the full breadth and logic of the portfolio
• Cross-selling potential increased through clearer structural integration
• The organisation was positioned to pursue global expansion with confidenceThe CEO later attributed over 600% growth to the implementation of the strategic architecture and positioning developed during this engagement.
More importantly, the business moved from fragmented capability to coherent advantage.
This engagement reflects our role at moments of scale and inflection.
We help leadership teams:
• Bring structural clarity to complex, acquisition-led growth
• Translate dispersed capability into a coherent, defensible architecture
• Transform ambition into an integrated narrative that can scale globallyOur value lies not in outputs alone, but in disciplined strategic re-architecture, creating the conditions for sustained expansion rather than episodic growth.
