Head of 22 Bishopsgate
-
22 Bishopsgate was conceived as a next-generation commercial destination, bringing together ambitious businesses to collaborate, innovate, and explore new ways of working.
As the building transitioned into its tenancy phase, the leadership team recognised that delivering on this vision required more than world-class architecture.
With a highly diverse stakeholder base, the challenge was to maximise engagement, strengthen tenant satisfaction, and bring to life the building’s core purpose: creating a place where people thrive.
-
We were engaged to provide a fresh, strategic perspective and to support the team in activating this purpose across all stakeholder touchpoints.
Working across strategy, creative, content, and design, we helped translate the building’s pillars of inclusion, sustainability, wellness, and education into meaningful, day-to-day experiences.
Our work spanned multiple platforms, including the tenant app, email communications, print, video, and experiential activity; ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact.
A critical part of our role was programme and project management, supporting the internal team in planning, coordinating, and delivering a wide range of initiatives throughout the year while maximising available budgets.
As the partnership evolved, we extended our support across additional functions, including investment communications and operational initiatives such as improving onboarding processes.
-
Our work has driven increased engagement across all existing channels and enabled the successful introduction of new, innovative ways to communicate, using the building itself as a canvas.
This has significantly improved how tenants and stakeholders perceive and experience 22 Bishopsgate on a daily basis.
The strengthened sense of community, clarity of purpose, and quality of engagement have reinforced the building’s position as a leading global workplace destination and supported higher levels of tenant satisfaction as the estate continues to mature.
